Terms of Service

Welcome to OnlyUXO. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OnlyUXO website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Use of the Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services without our written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
  • Circumvent any access restrictions, age verification, or content filters
  • Harvest or collect personal information of other users

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services. By submitting content, you grant OnlyUXO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit any content and that your content does not infringe the rights of any third party.

5. AI-Generated Content

The Services use artificial intelligence to generate character responses and narrative content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is fictional and may be unpredictable
  • AI responses do not represent the views or opinions of OnlyUXO
  • You should not rely on AI-generated content for factual information, legal advice, medical advice, or financial guidance
  • You are responsible for how you use or share AI-generated content

6. Creator Content and Monetization

Creators who publish stories on the platform may set pricing for chapters and earn revenue. OnlyUXO retains a platform fee from each transaction. Specific revenue share terms are communicated to creators upon approval. OnlyUXO reserves the right to remove any creator content that violates these Terms or our Content Policy.

7. Purchases and Payments

Certain content may require payment to access. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We use third-party payment processors (such as CCBill, Epoch, and cryptocurrency payment providers), and your use of those services is subject to their respective terms.

7.1 Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge the applicable recurring fee to your selected payment method. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our payment processor directly. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to subscription benefits until that date.

7.2 Virtual Currency (Coins)

The platform may offer virtual currency ("Coins") that can be used to unlock individual stories, chapters, or other premium content. Coins are purchased with real money but hold no monetary value outside the platform. Coins are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to modify pricing, bonus structures, and the availability of items purchasable with Coins at any time.

7.3 Refund Policy

All digital content purchases and Coin purchases are final and generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds for subscription fees may be issued on a case-by-case basis if you have not used any subscription benefits during the billing period in question. Refunds are processed through the original payment method.

7.4 Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. At the end of the free trial, your account will revert to a free membership unless you purchase a subscription. We will not automatically charge you at the end of a free trial without your explicit consent.

8. Prohibited Content

You may not submit, upload, or generate content that:

  • Depicts or promotes sexual exploitation or abuse of minors in any form
  • Contains non-consensual intimate imagery of real persons
  • Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or real-world violence
  • Constitutes hate speech targeting race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Facilitates illegal activities including drug trafficking or fraud
  • Infringes intellectual property rights of third parties

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, including their design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by OnlyUXO and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Services without our prior written consent.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) will survive.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONLYUXO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OnlyUXO, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnlyUXO operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Services with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
