Exemption Statement

OnlyUXO ("the Platform") is an interactive entertainment platform that features AI-generated fictional narratives, AI-generated artwork, and AI-driven character conversations.

All visual content on this platform is generated by artificial intelligence (AI) and does not depict any actual human beings. No real persons were photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded in the production of any visual content displayed on this platform. All characters depicted in visual content are entirely fictional and computer-generated.

As such, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to the visual content on this platform, as these regulations pertain to the depiction of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct.

Content Standards

Notwithstanding the above exemption, OnlyUXO maintains strict content standards:

  • All characters depicted in any sexual or romantic context are explicitly designed and described as adults aged 18 years or older.
  • Content depicting, suggesting, or implying sexual conduct involving minors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
  • Our AI systems include safeguards to prevent the generation of content involving minors in any sexual context.
  • All AI-generated characters in explicit content include the age marker "adult" in their generation parameters.

User-Uploaded Content

To the extent that any user uploads visual content depicting actual human beings, such content is subject to the full requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. Users who upload such content represent and warrant that:

  • All persons depicted are at least 18 years of age
  • They maintain records as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257
  • They have obtained all necessary consents from persons depicted

OnlyUXO reserves the right to remove any user-uploaded content that does not comply with these requirements and to terminate the accounts of users who violate these standards.
